For all you Scapers out there, here is my contribution to Marro, Utgar and the Custom Heroscape Universe.
I carved this from floral foam I got at Michael's. It took me six hours to get to this point.
Most of the carving was done with an exacto knife. The foam is very soft and I finished by carving the final details with a pencil. This is about 12 hrs of work.
Hail Utgar!I am working on a card with stats for the bridge.
All figures on or adjacent to Marro Bridge and 1 to their 20-sided die roll.
I put 4 or 5 base coats acrylic craft paint on it to give it a strong shell, then I added the detail colors.
I finished it with 4 coats of a Matte Finish clear spray I bought at Wal*Mart. Total I put in about 25 hrs.Next I am working on a Soulborg Bridge and a Japanese Temple. I will post pictures as I complete them.
